We are REACHING IN to one another . . .

● as family. Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers…. -- I Peter 2:17

● with love. A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” -- John 13:34-35

● with compassion. Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. -- Colossians 3:12

● with understanding. I run in the path of your commands, for you have broadened my understanding. -- Psalm 119:32

● with comfort and well-being. So, if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. -- Philippians 2: 1-3

● with companionship. A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity. -- Proverbs 17:17

● with encouragement. Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. -- I Thessalonians 5:11

● by making disciples. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. -- Matthew 28:19

● through baptizing, identifying with Christ. Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. -- Romans 6:3-4

● by teaching the Word. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. -- Colossians 3:16

● by discovering who we are in Christ. Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, in keeping with the promise of life that is in Christ Jesus…. -- II Timothy 1:1

● by empathizing with and empowering the young. O God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds. -- Psalm 71:17

● by serving each other. You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. -- Galatians 5:13

● by breaking bread together. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts…. -- Acts 2:46

● by sharing with those in need. Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ – Matthew 25:37-40

● by interceding with prayer. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. -- James 5:1

● by becoming as one body like Christ. For as in one body we have many members,[a] and the members do not all have the same function, 5 so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. -- Romans 12:4-5

● by addressing spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. -- Matthew 9:36
